Informational purpose only Everything on this site is published for general information. The records describe **measurement procedures and readout thresholds**. They do not describe your body, they do not account for your history, and they cannot account for anything a written page cannot see. **Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, a rehabilitation plan or a substitute for an in-person assessment by a qualified professional.** No clinician–patient or therapist–client relationship is created by reading this site, by using the contact address, or by any exchange of email. ## 2. Assumption of risk Self-measurement involves movement. You perform any protocol on this site at your own risk and at your own discretion. - Work within a range that is free of pain. - Do not force a position, and do not use equipment to push a joint past where it goes on its own. - Do not perform any protocol on another person without their consent and, where they cannot consent, without a qualified professional present. - Stop immediately if a movement produces pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, weakness, or a feeling that a joint is giving way. **Each record states a referral threshold.** If your reading passes it — or if you have pain, numbness, weakness, night pain, or symptoms that began after a fall — stop screening and consult a qualified clinician. Those thresholds are part of the content, not a formality. ## 3. No professional relationship and no reliance You should not rely on this site in place of professional assessment. If you are a practitioner, you remain solely responsible for your own clinical decisions and for the standard of care you owe to your own patients or clients. Nothing here is written as a clinical guideline or a protocol for treating anyone. If you are pregnant, post-surgical, recovering from an injury, living with a diagnosed condition affecting the spine, joints, connective tissue or nervous system, or otherwise outside the population a protocol was written for, treat the protocols here as not addressed to you. ## 4. Accuracy, revisions and availability The site aims to be accurate and is revised on a schedule: every record carries a review date separate from its publication date. Even so: - Thresholds and protocols may contain errors, may become outdated, and may be revised without notice. - Not everything is published at once. Records appear on a schedule, so links, listings and tables change over time, and a URL that works today may not exist tomorrow. - The site may be unavailable, may change address, or may be discontinued.
